System Notes
- Login per role: Username/password access is active for Store Admin, T&D Department, Booking Officer, Accounting Department, Warehouse, and Management Department.
- Global search: Search by request ID, booking ID, client, salesman, SKU, delivery date, delivery team, address, or status.
- Printable documents: Booking form, warehouse pull-out slip, delivery schedule, and DR reference are available as print outputs.
- Live sync: Records automatically sync through the Electronic Request & Coordination server file store when PHP is available on the hosting server. If the server connection is unavailable, the portal temporarily uses local browser storage.
